Well I know it has been a while and I is sorry. But a lot has gone on.
My little brother's father, Dan, also one of the men who helped raise me, has passed away. He did so the day before Easter so we had a hard weekend. Everyone is doing much better now and we have accepted that he is in a better place and no longer in pain.
Now that I have stated the sad I think stating the happy would be a great idea sooo....
We got our loan through Countrywide. They are doing a 30 year fixed and we should close by April 30th, 2007! The house is ours!!! We are no longer just hoping like hell that we get a way to keep it...we are going to be full fledged homeowners!!! I'm soooo excited! Now we can try to start a family if you know what I mean. *grins devilishly*
I had this dream last night that I took a pregnancy test and it said I was pregnant so I decided to take another later to make sure it wasn't just a flook. Well later in the dream I took three others of different types and they all said positive, then I woke up. I am hoping that I conceived last night. We want a little girl so I'm hoping!
I have also taken up gardening. I am sowing some seeds as we speak and hopefully later this week I can plant them and keep them alive. I have flowers for attracting hummingbirds, butterflies, and all other sorts of critters. I also have veggies and fruits, herbs and teas, and sweet grass. I plan to also make my backyard a habitat for the animals that can reside there. I want to get a bat box and bird houses and squirrel toys for the rest of the critters that pass through. Then I plan to get it certified a backyard habitat. Sounds like a lot of work huh? *smiles* But I think I can do it!
Well, I am off to work here in a bit but I just wanted to post this to let you all know what's going on in my crazy life. I also take my state test for my CNA on Monday so I'm nervous because if I don't pass I can get suspended from work till I do pass. It's just the skills test that makes me nervous. But I think I'll be ok. Then next month I start my EMT-B class so wish me luck!

Well,
So far life is good except for this awful flu that seems to be going around attacking everyone, good immune system or not. I've been feeling it for about a week now but I feel as if I'm starting to get better...I hope heh. ^^;
Our puppy is feeling a little under the weather too but I think that may be because she eats everything and anything she pleases from plastic wrappers to paper to other dog's poo to you name it. we try to keep her from doing it but to no avail. I think I'm going to take her in to the vet this weekend. Better safe than sorry. As far as my new marriage goes I am as happy as the day I got married! Were still having tons of fun nd still laughing a lot so nothing to complain about there. ^.^
School has been good so far too. I love my Tuesday/Thursday sociology class! Our teacher is awesome! They like to let us do our work in class because they don't care to send us home with a lot of homework so it makes things much easier since I'm sick. When I start feeling better I will jump back into the swing of things. God! I have to clean the house this weekend! It's a MESS! *laughs* When I do I plan to take pictures to email to my mom so she can see where we are living and I lan to send some to my dad as well, he might like that.
As far as family goes, My husbands side of the family seem to be welcoming me with open arms but I just don't know what to make of a few people. His brother is one of them. Now I love his brother to death but it feels almost as if he still has some resentment towards me and to be honest we both should have some resentment toward the other but life is too short so I have put that behind me and started fresh...I can only pray he has actually done the same. He's a great guy and fun to be around so I am hoping. The other is my mother-in-law whom I love dearly. Sometimes I feel like I'm walking on eggshells but I'm not sure why so I think it's just me and that I have nothing to worry about. Other than that...heh i spose everything is peachy. ^.^
I wanted to have a big long 'ex-girlfriend/old friends/bla rant but I'll do that later. I just keep wanting to get it all out, done, and over with so I can put it completely behind me and I think I will...just...I'll do it when I have what I want and need to say in mind. Everyone likes to blow off a little steam now and then *laughs*.

I wanted to give an overview of 2006 this year but since last year kind of bit the big one for the most part in my book I have decided to only give a tiny look at the good parts of 2006.
In 2006 I went to live with my father in Utah for a few months and got to know him better and bond with him (I hadn't seen him since I was 15-16 years old) He's an amazing man, loving father, and I am glad to know him and call him Dad! Also, I won my case for the accident I was in in 2003, I got my drivers license back, bought a used 1996 Honda Civic (white), applied for and got accepted to Stautzenberger College for my Veterinarian Technician Degree, adopted a 5 year old sweet & loving Black lab mix named Sydney, and got married to my wonderful husband Ryan.
Now, last year had it's bad times but all in all it was a good year in the end. I didn't really have any new years resolutions for last year but this year I do have a few. The first one is to Live a healthy, happy life and to live this year as if it were my last. The second is to pass my first year of school with flying colors. The third is to loose the extra pounds I have accumulated over the past 3 years after my accident and the fourth is to become a better Pagan! *laughs* I know that sounds funny but I haven't been the best lil pagan for a while because I haven't had my alter or been praying as much as I should and so on and so forth. Last but not least number five...I plan to learn how to draw better and work on my art skills in all aspects. (i.e. drawing, coloring, writing, singing, etc...)
Now that I have made my resolutions and done my overview of last year I can say that I hope everyone had a wonderful new year and happy holidays! Now it is time for the basic silly updates.
So far my first month of marriage has been a ton of fun! We laugh together, play together, dream together, poke fun at one another, and take care of each other. I could not have asked for a better man than my soul-mate! I know I have been married twice before but I never got along with either of those men as well as I do my husband. It is true that he is 21 where I am now 24 since my birthday rolled around on December 27th (yay *looks so sarcastically excited about it*) and that he being man and all should by no means be ready for any kind of hardcore commitment, but instead he is a hardworking, loving, supportive husband, lover, and best friend. We are wanting to get a house by possibly the end of this year or mid next year and will continue to work to achieve that goal. Our puppy is wonderful and she keeps us active and gives us never ending love and cuddles.
I just know that right now, for the first time in my life (besides when I went to see my Dad) I am happy! Truly happy.
Now for the not-so-my-life updates...
I went to go See 'Night at the Museum' with my husband when it came out. I must say I LOVED that movie! They did such a great job on it and it was chocked full of humor and a tad of romance. Good lessons were well hidden in some scenes and over all it is a MUST-SEE movie! I highly recommend it for all of you! Hell, take your kids they will love it!
Right now we are waiting for Spiderman 3, The fantastic Four 2, X-men 4, and The Simpsons Movie to come out. Oh yea...Can't forget Pirates of the Caribbean 3. PotC 2 pissed me off at the end because I was just getting all into it and...and...it just ended! Right at the big climax it stopped! Now for all the ladies out there we all know the disappointment of the big climax just as it gets good then...nothing. Well, that was how this made me feel! I mean I loved the movie and all but damn people! Why do you have to go and just cut it off at a time like that! *laughs*
Ok well, I hope I didn't ramble on to much for everyone. I will keep updating as usual and I do wish everyone a Greta New Year and Blessed Be to all!
